About the Position

We are looking for an energetic, professional and detail oriented Onsite Event Coordinator to assist with the setup and day-of execution of our Commercial Real Estate events in Northern California (San Francisco, San Jose, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento).

  • Facilitate all onsite logistics for Bisnow’s San Francisco, San Jose, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento events (2-3 per month)

  • Ensure every aspect of the event is prepared and runs smooth from start to finish

  • Participate in 30 minute pre event call before every event to review details

  • Work with backend coordinators to ensure venues, audiovisual, catering and party rental are all confirmed prior to the event

  • Pick up name badges prior to the event and set up registration the day before every event

  • Manage onsite ticket sales and charges through Bisnow’s square account

  • Store all Bisnow event inventory (includes but is not limited to signs, lanyards, dymo label printer, pop up banners, etc.)

  • Purchase and expense mints and peppermint patties for each event

  • Bring and setup event signage and materials to event space prior to start of event and ensure that all is safely removed from event once concluded

  • Coordinate with Bisnow Clients who are sponsoring the event to ensure that they are pleased and supported throughout the event

  • Work with party rental vendors to set up stage, chairs, tables, etc. (raw space events only)

  • Be aware of your surroundings at all time to provide an A++ attendee experience- this includes coffee, food, music, trash cans, etc.

  • Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives

  • A positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to work in a high-energy, sales-team

  • Flexibility matched with dependability - this is a work from home position

**This is an hourly position, paid $35 per hour per event. You will receive $245 for a morning event in a hotel, $315 for a morning event in a raw space, $455 for a full day event in either a raw space or hotel. We will pay you an additional $35/hour should we ask you to partake in a raw space site visit or any additional ad-hoc tasks pertaining to the event**
